What is going ON?

What is going on with the US stock market? Suddenly within the past couple years top US companies are caught conducting illegal accounting activity and are filing for bankruptcy! Since then our stock market has taken a nose dive.

These top companies include Enron, Arthur Anderson and WorldCom. There are many many more involved as well. But many Americans are now asking one question? "Who is next?" Is it PNC bank? Meanwhile foreign investors are continuing to pull out their investment money in the US stock market and are investing their money in other areas of the world.

How and when is this madness going to stop? What are you ideas?

Well unlikesomeone, I think that the stock market affects teens a lot since a lot of college ds are in the stock market. I know for certain that my college was supposed to be up to 80,000 dollers right now and it's only at about 60,000. But hey, things have to get bad in order to get better... it's just the economy fluctuating. In about twenty to thirty years we'll be back in a boom probably.

america is full of hypocrisy if you ask me. ny how we just found out about all of this right after 9/11. i may not know too much about what i'm talking about, but i dont think the madness will ever stop. while we are putting on our mascarade of backwards patriotism, a lot of people have time to screw around, and we are all too blind to see it because we think america is the best damn place in the world. everywhere you go there is greed, and there is no way to stop it. if i were you, i'd just face it and live with it. there is no way its going to change. america is in debt and we wonder why.

ya i kno its been bad my anunt works at first union and has been coming home last week saying it closed 400 down or how ever u said it it has been bad but it does seem like its getting better, but like 'I am the best" said is right most ppl on this site r teenagers an dont care bought the stock market but i have no choice my aunt works and my mom used to work at 1st union but now when my aunt come home my mom n my stepdad wanna kno how it did goos article tho

You do realize that most people on this site are teenagers that aren't really interested in the stock market, right? So why would you even talk about the stock market on teenfx? If you ask me, I don't think you will get many responses about it, other then people like me wondering why you wrote this! No offense but bad place to complain about it! Lotza , Bry
