College: Corporate or Educational?
These days, the whole college system has become more of a corporate industry than a educational system. Each year, the cost of attending college rises, and more and more students are concerned about how they are going to b able to afford going to college. Many state governments offer you a certain amount of scholarship if you attend a state school in your home state, so that can help pay for college if you are planning to go to college in your state. Also, many students join the army as a way to help pay for college because the army offers up to $25,000 in scholarships. Finally, there are work study loans that are provided by the college in which you have to work a certain amount of hours during the school year and in return you recieve a low interest rate loan from the university. So my advice is to not get tooo stressed out about college and how you are going to pay for it. There are many different options about what type of college to attend, and everyone can find a school that will fit with their financial needs.
