Help teens feel at home with stocks
Speaking up about money early and often while you are younger is very good. Many parents grow up in households were at was considered improper or impolite to discuss money matters, but times have changed. If your parents are not involving you in the family finances ask them questions. Here are some good ways if you want to get to feel at home with stocks or money . Ask you parent to open a bank account for your money in it and put it under your name , look up sites and money on the internet , This site I've looked at is really neat www.ntrbonline.org check it out . And if you don't talk about finance in your school and you would like them to talk about it , maybe you should call the schools hotline "If you have a hotline" and give some thoughts about it and maybe they will take the advice. I've had a lot of success with handling my money when I take the advice.
