MY parents are divorced. And In the agreement it says my dad is REQUIRED!!!!! To pay for my educational needs through college. That includes college tuition to any college in the world as long as I get accepted. I really want to go to college and it is a nice little incentive to know that my way is paid for even though I had to suffer the loss of both my parents being together. Since I know my dad and I know he would make ME earn the money I know for a fact this is for the best. Because if he ever stops paying or does not pay I can sue him for the money. But I would never want to do that to my dad so I am glad that when I get accepted to a college I am 100% paid for no matter what. If your parents are divorced and your worried about college money see if you can get a copy of their agreement or what the judge assigned them. That's what I did and I will never regret it.

As far as I know, with my parents it's shared. They take turns paying for stuff like camp and field trips. I think Dad's started university funds for my siblings and I though. They've both told us, however, that cost is not an issue with them when it comes to education, so that's a reeeeeal big relief.
